Hand Stamping Classes

Hand Stamping Classes for School, Camp and Daycare  Settings

We offer hand stamping classes for preschoolers and school aged students - we will come to your preschool, school or camp to facilitate hands-on creative learning.

Skills & Benefits

Some skills and benefits that children will experience during our hand stamping classes are:

  • Fine motor skills through handling the metal stamps and hammer, and lining the stamps straight
  • Reading and comprehension by writing out their name or words they would like to stamp, identifying the metal stamp that corresponds with each letter, and then stamping each letter one by one to spell their name or words
  • Independence and pride seeing their finished product 
  • Artistic and creative outlet to express themselves

We can also cater the class to fit the current curriculum or theme.

Class Options

All class options are listed below. All classes can be customized to meet the school or camp’s needs: 

JK/SK Age

This age group will make a bag tag for their backpack or lunchbag.

They will:

  • Choose their name or initials 
  • Choose a symbol (star, heart, peace symbol, happy smile)
  • Identify the letters in the metal font sets
  • Prepare the blank bag tag for stamping 
  • Stamp their name/initials/symbol
  • Darken the piece
  • Polish the piece
  • Attach a bag tag clip
  • Package it up

All steps will be assisted. This class is 1 1/2-2 hours in length.

Cost: $15 per child, materials included. Minimum 10 children. 

School Age

This age group will make a bag tag OR keychain OR dogtag necklace.

They will:

  • Choose the names or wording desired for their pieces
  • Identify the letters needed to stamp their pieces
  • Prepare the blank pieces for stamping 
  • Stamp their name/initials/symbols
  • Darken the pieces
  • Polish the pieces
  • Attach the clips/keyrings/necklace chain to their finished pieces
  • Package it up

All steps will be assisted. This class is approx. 1 1/2- 2 hours in length. 

Cost: $15 per child, materials included. Minimum 10 children.
