Frequently Asked Questions...

1. What is your return policy?

Due to the personal nature of our items we cannot accept returns. Please refer to the listings for the materials used and be sure when you enter the personalization information. 

2. Can I make a custom order?

At this time we are not making any custom orders, however most of our items can be personalized.

3. Can you stamp on the back of the items?

No, we cannot stamp on the back of our items as it will leave an impression on the other side. If you do not mind an impression on the other side, contact us to inquire about adding a small fee to stamp on the back side.

4. What is gold filled?

We use 14K gold filled pieces for our gold and rose gold items. Filled gold items have 100% more gold than gold plated items - these items will not change colour and will not tarnish if taken care of. Do not expose to chemicals (pools, hairspray, etc.) and clean and polish your items when not wearing. 

5. Can I rush an order?

Orders can take up to 2 weeks during peak times to produce as everything is made by hand, and most made to order. If you require your item sooner, please contact us by email to ensure we can meet the deadline and you can add the $10 rush fee to your order.

6. Can you help with sizing?

Here are some charts that can help with sizing:

 

Ring size - If you do not know your ring size you can first purchase a plastic ring sizer (no shipping cost!). Otherwise, we recommend going to a jewelry store and getting sized, or if you are local we have a ring sizer you can use. Most craft supply stores such as Michaels carry ring sizers as well. Here are come charts to help you determine size, however we are not responsible for rings that do not fit. We use US whole ring sizes and recommend sizing up if in between sizes.
